Change Printer Settings
- Firstly open Control Panel and then navigate to Printers window.
- Confirm that if your Canon printer is set as default or not.
- Next, press right click on your default printer and then choose the print queue or “See what’s printing” option.
- If there exist any unfinished tasks then you have to delete them from the printer’s list.
- Move to queue window, choose Printer and then uncheck the option “Use printer offline”. If the “Use printer offline” option is off from earlier then check the option and wait for a few moments.
- After some time, just un-check the option.
- Verify that your Canon printer is correctly connected to your computer. If you have any doubt regarding this, then unplug the USB cable and plug it again into the appropriate ports.
