The latest study released by Oxfam that top 1 per cent has earned more wealth than the rest of the world’s population since 2015. And the 8 richest have the same amount of wealth as the poorest half of the world, that is nearly 4 billion people. Currently, there are more than 1500 billionaires all over the world, with the US alone having 560.  If these people continue to see the return on their wealth then we will be able to see a trillionaire in the next 25 years. There’s been a huge fluctuation in the net worth of these billionaires in the past year. Here’s the list of top 10 billionaires :

10. DAVID KOCH

He is Charles Koch’s brother and executive vice president of Koch industries. David and Charles earn 42% of the conglomerate. Koch appears on the 10th position on this list with a net worth of $61.8 billion.

9. CHARLES KOCH

He is an American businessman and philanthropist. Koch is the co-owner and CEO of Koch industries. Koch industries now include process and population control technologies, polymers and fibres, minerals and fertilizers, commodity trading and services. He has a net worth of $61.8 billion.

8. LARRY ELLISON

He was the co-founder of Oracle corporation and he was also the company’s CEO until September 2014. Over the years oracle has become an incredibly successful tech company, now being 39 years old and employing over 1,36,000 people. Larry is 8th on the list with a net worth of $64.1 billion.

7. AMANCIO  ORTEGA

He is a Spanish entrepreneur and founder of Inditex fashion group. Inditex owns Zara and Zara is one of the most popular clothing chains worldwide. Ortega recently dropped down to the 7th richest man in the world. He lost $11 billion from his net worth in recent months. He has a net worth of $70.5 billion.
